• No contact info requested — The tip form does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any identifying information.
• No account required — You do not need to create an account or sign in to submit a tip.

4. Image Uploads

The tip submission form allows you to attach images as evidence. Uploaded images are currently processed on your device (client-side) and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. Image previews are generated locally in your browser and are discarded when the modal is closed. If server-side storage is implemented in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly, and images will be stripped of all EXIF metadata (location, device info, timestamps) before storage.

5. Data Sources

All statistics displayed on ICEGOT.ME are derived from publicly available government data sources, including:

• U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) annual reports and dashboards
• U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) encounter statistics
• Department of Homeland Security (DHS) press releases and data
• Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) workload statistics
• TRAC Immigration at Syracuse University (via FOIA requests)
• Center for Migration Studies (CMS) and Pew Research Center estimates

We do not collect, scrape, or store any data about private individuals. All data pertains to aggregate government statistics and institutional records.

6. No Advertising or Data Sales

ICEGOT.ME does not display advertisements, use affiliate links, or sell any data to third parties. The Site does not monetize visitor traffic or user behavior in any form.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site is hosted on standard web infrastructure. The hosting provider may collect standard server logs (such as request timestamps and URLs) as part of normal operations, but these logs do not contain personally identifiable information and are not accessible to or used by ICEGOT.ME operators for any tracking purpose.

8. Data Corrections

If you believe any data on the Site is inaccurate or outdated, you may submit a correction request through the "Request Correction" link in the footer. Correction requests are reviewed and do not require any personal information to submit.
